2. Court Reservations & Facility Use

2.1 Bookings

• Court reservations must be made through our website or authorized platform.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Reservations are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

2.2 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least [24/48] hours prior to the reservation may qualify for a refund or credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to maintenance, weather, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
